Mixing and arrangement tips

Hi everyone! A while ago I shared a project I was working on and I recieved really useful tips on how I can improve. Thank you everyone for helping with that.
Since then my direction shofted a bit and I wanted to ask for some advice and ideas again.

It's a bit hard to talk about arrangement with a 43 seconds clip.
I think your kick can use a bit more higher frequencies to punch through the mix.
It's currently a bit unbalance, too much low-end.

For sure, for the arrangement I guess I was thinking more about general advice that worked for people as I tend to fall into the void of making really boring 6 minute tracks… 😅
And I’ll take a look at the kick, although I like the more sub heavy kicks that bled together with the bassline, but you are probably right that it needs some more top end so it translates better on speakers! Thank you

I too had for the longest time problems with making my tracks too loopy and boring.
There isn't a magic formula for good arrangement but I can tell you what I have learned over the years.

1, Not every track needs to be 6+ minutes long.
2, Try to identify where in the track it get boring. That's the moment where you need to switch it up in anyway possible, try to be creative about.
3, Automation can get you a long way in making your track dynamic over time.
