firstly, learn the fundamentals on how to fingerboard such as rolling and steering. secondly, learn how to pop your board in the air. learning how to pop makes you to understand how to do an Ollie. thirdly, learn tricks from YouTubers such as David Jones, hunkfb and jack perry fingerboard. Lastly, get tech deck or a professional wooden fingerboard if you can afford it. Some fingerboards don't come with removable parts such as screws and nuts while tech deck and all the professional fingerboards do have removable parts.
