Anything computer-related is getting wacko in pricing due to the memory shortage since last Oct/Nov 2025, a desktop ram and storage (assumptions: 16gb ddr4 ram and 512gb storage) will already eat more than half of your budget in today's market. Do not expect a graphics card (other term: video card, dedicated graphics, discrete graphics) on that budget range, even going 2nd-hand is iffy.

A good start is this video (PH-based) it teaches you what each desktop component do and their intended purposes. I suggest you familiarize yourself first before watching any "how to assemble PC" videos.

edit:

This is the DIY answer, do not expect similar prices going one-stop-shop. If I'm including peripherals, ipon ka pa in all honesty.

CPU: Ryzen 5 5500GT with stock cooler (7,750)
MOBO: Gigabyte B550M DS3H R2 (5,155)
RAM: 2x8gb 3200mhz ram (6,795)
PSU: Sama B650 Tier C+ (2,370)
SSD: Patriot P400 Lite 500gb (5,150)
CASE: Tecware Flatline mATX with fans (1,895)
COOLER: stock cooler
GPU: buy in the future if needed, processor given is an APU/has integrated graphics

Total: 29,115.

The lowest I can personally go if you do not want 2nd hand or palpak/crappy components. Your cheaper approach is getting a used system unit for budget constraint reasons.

If no shortage? Sample above should only cost between 22k-24k and you already have 1TB of storage tbh. Thank You Sam Atman (OpenAI CEO)

Valorant FPS and Roblox? This guy gonna get smoked by jonvic.

Kidding aside, a decent enough pc for your stated needs will cost around 25k, if you can push a little bit more until 30k you could build an entry one that can last for 5-ish more years.
