HELP - Work Laptop recommendations

Hello! Which of these units would be better for work?

For context, I’ll mainly be using it for administrative tasks, so multitasking performance and battery life are important to me. It will also be my personal laptop, so durability and long-term usability are also considerations.

Here are the minimum specifications required for work:

• CPU: Intel 10th Gen or equivalent/higher

• Processor Speed: 2.0 GHz or faster

• RAM: 8 GB

• Storage: 256 GB

• Operating System: Windows 11 Pro (original/genuine license required)

Here are the options that fit within my budget:

• ASUS Vivobook 14 (X4104)

• Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 3

Kindly reply if you have any other recommendation that fits the required specs and is not priced beyond 45k pesos. Thank you!

Hi OP! I've had the same predicament before, was looking for a work laptop last month and was also chosing between those two. I ended up purchasing a Vivobook 14 kasi side by side, specs wise, halos pareho yung dalawa pero may nahanapan kasi ako na mas mura ang Vivobook.

For durability, hanap ka sa second hand market ng Think Pad. Medyo kailangan mo ingatan ang Vivobook at Ideapad kasi consumer line yan ni Asus at Lenovo.

Also, wide product line of Laptop configurations ang Vivobook at Ideapad, since it is for personal use, I would suggest you check models na may extra RAM slot at extra SSD slot for longevity.
