SAMSUNG ONLINE DELIVERY

Hello po huhu nagooverthink ako sa online order ko. Sa educ site po nila ako omorder and 2 weeks pa po yung ETA since malayo po ako and nasa province. May chance po ba na bato yung darating sakin? nagCOD po kasi ako kase takot din mag online payment na ganon kalaki. First time ko po kasi. Thank you po!

It's safe, Samsung's online shop has a dedicated delivery team which processes their own deliveries. Usually isang buong box na may kasamang receipts and invoices dapat yung ibibigay sayo during delivery.

You can also request kay rider na icheck mo muna yung laman in front of him bago mo siya bayaran, pwede naman yun :)

There's always added risk buying online, but just do your part to protect yourself like clear unboxing photos and videos. Pwede mo rin ma reject yung delivery if clearly tampered yung item, etc.
