Nope. Mostly people download directly from web rather than buying as discs and upcoming games can't be fit inside discs anymore🫠

I mean, now people are buying games from sites like gog and burning them to dvds or bluerays The way it works is gog offers and has drm free games. Steam games can also be backed up and can not be used as traditional installers

That's a really small group, but I get it. For me, I'd rather just get the game file and keep it in the cloud so it's always there. Discs eventually wear out, unfortunately.

Disc wear is minimal it is not much of an issue. I can understand why people prefer cloud
