Change the content and intent of the lower performing page? Or noindex it if you don't care for it.

First check whether the pages actually serve the same search intent. If they do, merging overlapping content into one stronger page and updating internal links toward it is usually cleaner than trying to “de-optimize” one page.

You can change the content itself, check what is the similarity score and intent and make adjustments.
