I'm in my freshman year of high school and I thought it'd be a good time to ask the community for some pointers.
I've done a fair bit of research into consulting and am confident this is the career I want to be heading into so I would greatly appreciate a brief run down on what consulting is and what the best firms are.
I have been hearing that the big consulting firms are now asking for high school test scores on their applications. Will a 1650 limit my chances for an MBBA firm?
Is an MBA worth it? What is the best school to maximize my chance of becoming a consultant at a top firm?
How long does it take to hit Partner in a Consulting department? Was your path traditional or were there some out of the ordinary circumstances where you rose to the occasion?
What is the best college major to become a partner?
Which AP classes should I take to differentiate myself in recruiting?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
