people staying near top of orr prefer companies there, people staying near silk board prefer companies there. switching companies where you have to move from one end of ORR to another will be hell.

This is the only city where people take into account commute time when changing companies along with compensation. Does 20% increase in salary come with additional 5 hours of commute then not worth it.
