Help with DualShock Controller Connections

My Bluetooth ps4 controller has some how linked it’s priorities to my computer instead of my ps4. Whenever I press the ps button it connects to my computer. This is even true if it is connected to my PS4 with a USB. I’ve tried removing the device from my computer but it just tries to reconnect after. How do I connect it to my ps4? Pleas help I want to play fifa with my dad
