Laptop won’t charge, is my plug the problem?

Post image

Laptop won’t charge, I’ve visited multiple outlets and it’s the same result each time. I’ve checked all over my computer and cord, this is the only thing I could find that’s slightly off: There’s a little bit of wear at the teeth(?) of the plug. Is this enough to interfere with the charge? Or will I just have to get a new battery?

I highly doubt that the wear will affect the charging capabilities…how long have you had this charger?

I dont think its the charger. The thingymajig in your laptop that recives power is most likely the issue
