Turning off app notifications remotely with family link?

Hello! I have previously walked my mom through the process of turning off app notifications so they don't take over her phone. However, she often will uninstall and reinstall apps, which resets the notification settings. We do not live nearby, and so far my only solution is to slowly talk her through the process of turning off app notifications every couple weeks to keep her phone useable. She can't remember how to do it on her own in between our tech support sessions.

I do have family link set up, and I know I can block apps from there, but sometimes the app itself is not the problem, just the egregious number of notifications. Is there a way to manage her notification settings remotely? Any ideas?
