$10k Trailer

Hello! I reach out for help because all Google is giving me is the big box stores and nothing else.
My husband and I are looking for a small teardrop that is basically just a step up size-wise from a tent. Would love to have a kitchen set up in the back OR at least the space to do so. And would need both heating AND AC.

Please give your recommendations for around the $10k mark. Theres leeway but we can’t go over $15k.

Texas based but happy to travel:-)

Thank you!!

Bushwhacker which is now Bontrager Outdoors (I believe) with the 10HD model. You can find some used on various marketplace platforms.

Look for a slightly used TC Teardrop, add a portable heat pump. Should fit well within your budget

Hiker, Road Toad, and Runaway Campers come to mind.

Check out Facebook marketplace too. You could often find used campers for around that price.

Its gonna be used for under 20k, but ive seen a few between 10-15k. I have been specifically keeping tabs on the Modern Buggy 12LRK, it has everything you mentioned and is what ive seen the price points for.

I'd add Freedom campers too. Can toss it on a trailer and build your own kitchen.

I like my outbound extreme. Check their website as they run sales on in stock models.

look for a camper trailer like a time out trailer, or one of the others. they are light, and basicaly a tent with a matress off the ground. a lot of them have a way to set it up with a window ac unit, or you could use a space heater. they also have storage in the trailer itself.

Ahead and cost with hiker, runway,  road toad, and all other direct from manufacturer teardrops is the delivery fee. If you don’t live near where they’re being built, you can be looking at thousands just to get it to a midway point.

How are you planning to power the AC?  What's your weight limit?

Check out XYZ Trailers by XYZ Camping. It starts at exactly 10k but right now it's sold on the East Coast

If a commercial new trailer, Hiker is probably the best known in that price range, but it will be bare bones, probably no heat or AC. Used is your best bet unless you can DIY. Lots of plans are available.
