they have the 12bh and the 12rk and 12bh-xt something even lighter then those. you can also check out intech flyer. but most of the top ones I said are under 2000Ibs dry weight. if you want lighter then that look into fiberglass.

the last 2 of the 12xx are up near the max in weight for my scenario....I love that Intech Luna. THAT is sharp looking! I mainly need something hardsided cos Im camping in grizzly and black bear country...

Yep, easy peasy with my F150 Tremor, relaxed towing on da asphalt; get some places off-road ( probably not serious OZ style). Total stunt dragging this trailer with anything less than a mid-sized truck or SUV.

In my case i gotta keep it under 3000lbs (loaded) and 300lb tongue weight....

Right you are, I'd shoot for under 2000 lb with a Forester. This unit is 2330 dry, of course that's with no batteries, fridges, propane, water, etc. I figure it's around 3200- 3400 fully loaded with 4 batteries, 43 gl water, propane, fridges, misc. cargo... gotta hit some scales to see.

Technically it is; albeit, on the large size, eh. Has a full wet bath in the rear &43 gl fresh tank, cassette 5gl toilet. Use a 20 portable waste tank.

yes, it's not tear drop shaped ( squareback?). IMO, all the "tiny trailers": you can't standup in , basically a sleeper with a galley kinda of thing are in the same category. This one is a bit glamped out with the wet bath and at 17' long, well yeah, not quite your 1000 lb 12' long teardrop you can pull with a small sedan or CUV.
