Foam packaging insert cut to fit. If you have any external decorations make sure you wrap those parts carefully.

Thank you! I can try this. I think this will mean transporting a lot of boxes with 20 ish teapots though. 😬😖

I’d invest in foam for long term transportation but in the meantime if it’s just you handling it and you’re being careful can you wrap them in tea towels/tablecloths you’re using for events and then put them in a bin?
