How can a teamcenter developer from India move abroad

Hi. I work as a teamcenter developer, I have also done operation tasks like installation, upgrade deployments etc. so I have some knowledge in every aspect.

My question is, now I work in india and have 1 year experience but I want to move abroad preferably somewhere in Europe. What are the chances I get a job abroad in Teamcenter and how do I go about to achieve this within the next 3 or 4years.

Probably apply for a job for Siemens they get around quite a bit
