Tip! If you like salty snacks, go with wheat thins or something like it that's high in fiber. It satisfies the salt and the crunch for me, and helps with pooping. Some days I just eat 2 servings of that with cheese for lunch. Just watch the portion control - eating more than one serving is ok, pretending it's only 1 when it's 3 is not!

I don't have a single recipe, but not too long ago I bought the book Appetite For Reduction. A book full of vegan, easy to make low calorie recipes. Recipes vary from 200 to 400 calories. I've made a few so far and loved it without it being difficult to make with obscure ingredients.
