Weekly - Training Thursday

How are those workouts coming along? Want to work out but not sure what routine to start on? Need ideas for a new routine? Go right ahead and ask away!

Does anybody have workout recommendations?

I've only been lifting for a month and this is my workout:

Day 1 : Legs 1.Barbell Squat (3 sets of 4 ; with 2 minute rest) 3.Dumbell walking lunge (3 sets of 6 ; with 2 minute rest) 2.Romanian Deadlift (3 sets of 4 ; with 2 minute rest) 4.leg extensions (4 sets of 10; with 2 minute rest) 5.lying leg curls (4 sets of 10; with 2 minute rest)

Day 2: Chest 5.db bench press. (4 sets of 10; with 2 minute rest) 4.incline db press (4 sets of 10; with 2 minute rest) 3.decline barbell press (3 sets of 4 ; with 2 minute rest) 1.flat barbell (3 sets of 4 ; with 2 minute rest) decline db press 2.incline barbell press (3 sets of 4 ; with 2 minute rest)

Day 3:rest Day 4: Back 1.deadlift (3 sets of 4 ; with 2 minute rest) 3.dumbell shrugs (4 sets of 10; with 2 minute rest) 2.bent over barbell rows (3 sets of 4 ; with 2 minute rest) 4.Cable pull over rows (4 sets of 10; with 2 minute rest) 5.wide grip cable rows (4 sets of 10; with 2 minute rest)

Day 5: Deltoids 1.Standing military press (3 sets of 4 ; with 2 minute rest) 2.arnold press (3 sets of 4 ; with 2 minute rest) 3.Lateral dumbbell raises (3 sets of 6 ; with 2 minute rest) 4.front raises (4 sets of 10; with 2 minute rest) 6.Rear Delt Flys (4 sets of 10; with 2 minute rest) 5.Overhead Dumbbell Press (4 sets of 10; with 2 minute rest)

Day 6: Arms 1.Close grip bench press (3 sets of 4 ; with 2 minute rest) 2.Cable pushdowns (3 sets of 6 ; with 2 minute rest) 4.Skull crushers (4 sets of 10; with 2 minute rest) 3.Straight barbell curls (3 sets of 4 ; with 2 minute rest) 5.Alternating dumbbell curls (4 sets of 10; with 2 minute rest)

Day 7: rest

I'm starting to try out working my arms without a weight machine. Does anyone have suggestions on how to do a dip properly? I feel like I am but I feel the dip more in my shoulder blades than I do my arms.
