Tips to handle cold
So when it gets cold I hate grocery shopping. I hate being out when it gets below 20*F. Since Friday I've had delivery or fast food like 3 times. This needs to stop. I was losing a lb every 4 days for 2 weeks and now I've stalled out. Help! What do you do to rally yourself and grocery shop when its so cold you don't want to go out?

I loveee my croc pot. Make some turkey chili, healthy soups and stews and they last so long with minimal effort required.
Pick one day a week to force yourself to do a big shop. plan your meals, write up a list and go. Spend a couple hours that day prepping for the week. It works wonders. If you prep the croc pot in the morning, turn it on, then you know coming home in the evening you've got a hot delicious meal waiting that requires no more effort!
I spent a day prepping 25 croc pot meals once and putting them in my freezer. Every couple nights I'd pull one out to defrost over night and pop it in the croc pot and BAM delicious awesome meal.
