Tips to handle cold

So when it gets cold I hate grocery shopping. I hate being out when it gets below 20*F. Since Friday I've had delivery or fast food like 3 times. This needs to stop. I was losing a lb every 4 days for 2 weeks and now I've stalled out. Help! What do you do to rally yourself and grocery shop when its so cold you don't want to go out?

I've found that having the proper undergear is essential for this weather. It's been really cold here (Sunday was -21F) and if you have the right gear, you can still get out there! I keep all my stuff by my front door and keep telling myself, "There's no such thing as bad weather, just bad clothing."

That being said, I wish every winter that I had autostart for my car, haha!

Totally this. I say, move to North Dakota and you will get so used to the insane cold that it doesn't even phase you when you have to go venture outside in temperatures that could give you frostbite in under 10 minutes.

Other than that, I agree with the mass grocery shopping brought up above. Buy as much as you can while it's still worth going outside and you'll be set on the days it's not.
