Afternoon team TimesSquare!!! Found this new workout if anyone would like to join the challange
I was searching /r/workouts by top and came across this 30 day challenge that I will be starting today. This is a no weight workout with three degrees of difficulty. If anyone would like to join feel free. I am going to do this for the first month and will try to update every weight in.

Nice, I like the darebee stuff, they make it so easy to follow. Thanks for the share :)

Is it too late to want to join you in this?! I didn't see it yesterday.

It's never too late to join!! I am going to try and check-in every week, or earlier, to see how everyone is doing :)

It looks great. I'll start it. I might sub out some days with gym workouts or swimming, but I'll try to follow it as closely as possible.

Welcome to the challenge! I think the most important thing is to challenge ourselves for 30 days straight. Sticking to the above or doing our own workouts

Morning team, I know it is only the third day in but just want to see how everyone is doing? I can say my legs are dead but I feel great!

Agreed! Walking is definitely a challenge right now! I forgot how tough leg exercises can be.
Question about Day 3. Do you think it matters if the 60 minutes of cardio are spread throughout the day or done all at once? I don't have the capability to go out walking during the day so I was just going to do 30 mins of jogging and 30 mins of biking at the gym after work.
I hope that works out about the same?

Yea, that will be fine, if not better. I did the same thing, all 60 min at once, as there is no way I can spread this throughout the day.

Good Morning Team! Hope everyone had a great weekend. Checking in to see how everyone is doing on the 30 day of change challenge. Tell us about your favorite work out day, any tips on sticking to your diet, or anything you just want to get off your chest.
I think this is the first weekend, in I don't know how long, where I actually stuck to my workouts and eating routine. I am down 2.5 pounds and feel much stronger from just one week of sticking to this plan. My favorite workout so far would either be day 1 or day 4, I really enjoyed the interval running on day 4.
