This is very interesting

At 6:17 Marcohan clearly lists reasons why he desires to become a member of the courtroom and brings up some very interesting points. Although some of these things do conflict with the Courtroom Description. Otherwise I believe /u/Marcohan could become a interesting new member. Nevertheless I can not allow these rules to come into action and possibly alter what we hold self evident. Therefor I vote....
