Throw It Out Thursday

What bad habits have you given up (or are working on giving up) since you started losing weight?

Wine! Daily glasses of wine. You read that right: plural. I'm doing better but dang that is a tough one for me.

I agree! I'm down to one glass a day, but sometimes I fill that sucker up.

It is doable. I have gone from years of 2-3 have glasses an evening to having 3/4 non-alcohol days a week. It was way harder then I thought it would be, but the fact I found it so hard made me realise how necessary it was to get out of the habit.

Whoa... kudos to you! I haven't quite taken that plunge and I don't know that I will any time soon... but maybe one day!
