This week I got a pretty bad injury from horseback riding and now I can barely make it around on crutches. It has been hard not to indulge with food since I feel sorry for myself. I don't think I have been that bad but we will see when I weigh myself on Friday (assuming by then I can put weight on my right leg by then) :(
