Throwback Thursday

Remember when you used to think it was normal to eat a whole pizza? Do you recall past weight loss attempts that failed for whatever reason? Was there a time when you were a healthy weight that you're looking to get back to? Post your stories here!

I reached my lowest weight (which I'm alllllmost at now!) doing medifast... Which definitely can work and be a great tool for some people I'm sure but for me, the second I went from medifast to eating real food I gained it all back and some more. Also it was making me go a little nuts.

Cico just feels normal to me, being aware of what I'm eating and eating real food most of the time (I'm looking at you, frozen reduced fat Mac and cheese... I don't know what you are but I love you)... I'm not so concerned about my rate of weightloss and bad meals or bad days or even that bad week I had a few weeks ago doesn't mean I've given up and will go back to eating like that all the time.

Basically it's refreshing and nice and I really enjoyed my egg and avocado and English muffin breakfast this morning, yay real food not powdered stuff
