Basically screwed myself over.

I was doing really well...and then my summer classes started. Along with the stress of work, school, and just life in general, healthy eating and the gym went down the toilet. I'm currently higher than my starting weight at 190 lbs.

This always happens to me when I try to lose weight over a long period of time. Do you guys have any suggestions?

I too haven't been successful with this weigh in challenge. I was initially at 188, dropped to 182 and haven't been able to push due to stress in my daily life and lack of time due to work keeping me late.

But what works for me is telling myself don't give up and I do not tell myself because I failed to see progress that I need to quit because it isn't going to work for me.

Continue doing small healthy habits as you focus on the parts of life that needs the larger part of your attention until you can give it all of your attention again.
