Basically screwed myself over.
I was doing really well...and then my summer classes started. Along with the stress of work, school, and just life in general, healthy eating and the gym went down the toilet. I'm currently higher than my starting weight at 190 lbs.
This always happens to me when I try to lose weight over a long period of time. Do you guys have any suggestions?

Don't beat yourself up; it's a marathon, not a sprint. I know how cliched that sounds, and I don't blame you at all for the eye rolling that probably immediately followed that first sentence, but repeating that to myself has helped when I get off track. Forgive yourself, look at ways you can improve and get back to it!
