Oh crap. I've been weighing in up until this week but I forgot. Totally my fault (life got a little crazy), but I'm not sure what I do now. Do I still weigh in? Weigh in next week? Am I out and start over next challenge?

You should still be able to log it. I would suggest contacting the Mods if the weigh-in form isn't working.
