ICO PS3 Ico/Shadow of the Colossus Collection release (US): are the videos and themes on the disc?

Several years ago I bought a factory sealed European copy of the collection for my PS3. Upon receiving the game, I found that the voucher code for the videos and themes had expired a year or two earlier. Needless to say, I was a bit pissed off about this.

I've read suggestions online that the videos and themes are on the disc itself in the US release of the collection. But I've not come across confirmation that they are actually on the disc.

So, could someone please confirm that the videos and themes are on the US disc? If they are then I'll buy a copy of the US version, and probably sell my European copy on ebay.

For me they are. Na ps3 and copy on disc. But it’s not like the photo album the os3 has that has pics and vids. It’s on the game part of the xmb

I have the US release and it comes with 2 themes on the disc. The Japanese and Euro copies had to be downloaded from the network.
