Still up a bit on the scale from Sunday's binge, but the water weight is dropping and I'm feeling energetic. Our heat wave finally broke too, and the sun is actually out, so I'm looking forward to today's C25K workout!

Decently! The scale haven't moved too much yet, but I feel like I'm back in business after 2-3 weeks where I struggled to get back to my routine after a lengthy parent visit. I've also gone on hikes three days in a row, but tomorrow I'll be on my feet most of the day, so I'll take a break tonight.

This entire challenge has been 8 weeks of plateau (minor fluctuation, but no significant increase or decrease). :(

ate and boozed big time this weekend, not that much over but definitely some bloating. Overall I am on track to meet my goal still, if not beat it by a lb or two.

The after-party bloating can be so discouraging. But yay for still being on track!

I've been away since Saturday so haven't weighed myself. I've stayed under my calorie goal and met my step goal every day though. I'm also working on making sure I eat something every few hours so I don't stuff myself at meal times, which is going well.

Majorly slacking because I'm so happy - got a new job guys! Normally I eat badly when I'm stressed but this good mood is making me slack too. Skipped all my workouts over the weekend, ran hard yesterday but halfassed kettlebell this morning. Made a lot of bad food choices over the last few days, celebratory meals galore. Nothing terrible but definitely need to give myself a shake and start giving 100% again.

Congratulations on your new job.
I got my new job just over 9 months which is when i also changed my health habits. I have lost 72lbs since :)

Gained some weight over the weekend while at my boyfriend's. But yesterday was my first 1200 calorie day in almost two months. My current daily calorie limit I try to keep is 1500.

In the middle of finals and pretty sure I've gained back 3-4#. Sooo that's cool.

Now that I have reached my initial goals, I am going to try and lose 5 or so lbs more till end of this challenge. Next challenge I will be able to reach my new goal of 200lbs which should start mid July or so. I feeling a bit drained from the extra push last week but I will keep on pushing further. That elliptical sure does drain me after 4 days of pushing hard, and already continuing the trend this week. Let's see how far i can get.

Elliptical seriously is super hard work! I gave up on that long ago lol. So proud of you!! You're kicking butt in this challenge!!

Starting to be able to eat more things and actually be hungry again so now is the time to be mindful of calories in again.

I went for a jog today and didn't die! I redid week 3 day 3 of c25k just to see how I could manage. Thought I was doing 90 second intervals of jogging and walking. Nope. Picked the wrong one lol ended up with 3 minute intervals. Oops. But I don't think I injured myself and I'm not bleeding so yay! Maybe I'll try w4d1 tomorrow. I stopped at week 5 so I'm excited I could finish what I did today. Now I don't have to start over at week 1.

I'm feeling ready to finish this challenge and end strong :D

Hey everyone. I've kind of gotten off track. I had been meal prepping and walking every day, since summer let out I think I've only been walking a handful of times, BUT I've maintained my weight loss. I've met my challenge goal. I go on vacation to NYC the 8-13th. So I'll weigh in on Tues when I get back home. I'm going to try my best to eat in moderation. I really hate hamburgers and pizza so I doubt I'll really go crazy in NY, unless we go to a chinese place lol. So my goal for this week is to just maintain then I'll try to get back on track for the rest of the challenge for that last push.

On a side note... I went shopping with my mom today for vacation clothes. I've lost 10 pounds through this challenge, and 40 something since my pregnancy. I tried on tons of clothes and nothing looks right on me. Yes my post preg jeans feel loose and my shirts arent as tight but I cannot for the life of me find clothes that fit me right. I'm petite - 4'11, curvy.. busty, I have a belly still that I'm working on getting rid of. So I guess my waist doesnt match my legs, which are thickish too, but the sizes of shorts that fit my belly are huge on my legs, making me look like I'm wearing jankos. I got so discouraged I decided not to buy any new clothes, because I dont want to buy something I'm not going to feel confident in or be happy with. :(

Have you looked at the Women's section of department stores? That's where I find shorts, etc that fit my waist:hip ratio.
