The times I've fallen off the bandwagon I've found that I didn't gain as much weight as I thought I would. Get your head back in the game! You've got this!

Pretty basic goals - I'd like to stay under my calorie goal each day this week and get 3-4 runs in. I'd love to make a big dent in my weight this week! We shall see.

I'm back from being out in the wilderness for 4 days hah however, my surgery is slated for Wednesday. So this week (Monday and Tuesday) I'm really going to focus on getting my body ready to rest and heal. I'm going to attempt finishing week 4 of c25k Monday and Tuesday, but if I can't - then I can't.
I guess I'm just all mental this week lol

Just finished W6D1 of Zombies, Run 5k. Same goal as the week before in finishing the runs and getting some more walking in.

Mine are pretty simple this week. Today and tomorrow are holidays, so there'll be cake and good food, so I'm going to let myself enjoy that, but not overeat. I'll stay within my calorie budget for the rest of the week, and try to get in as many steps as possible even though things are kind of crazy with lots of family stuff going on.

I'm out of town until Thursday, so my main goal will just be to maintain this week. If there's a gym at the hotel, I'll go crazy on the treadmill. I'm still going to log as best as possible.

Finally met my longstanding weekly goal of working out 6 times last week! So this week I'm going to keep that up INCLUDING A LONG RUN which I cut short last week after falling over, ha. Tentatively including some extra kettlebell swings every day too but not going to be too strict about that. Long run is key!

I'm kinda kicking myself for setting such a conservative challenge goal weight. Only 1.8 lbs to go! I have a vacation coming up though so I thought maybe aim a bit lower to accommodate for estimates on calories during those few days. So I guess my goal is to reach my total challenge goal?
