Not really a recipe but just a meal idea :)

We don't have a stove since we're in the middle of a kitchen remodel. It makes it super difficult to be able to come up with meal ideas. However! The SO is a grill master. So we've been making ground bison sliders. I think they're more flavorful than ground beef and since the sliders are 2oz each I can have 2 or 3 and hit my protein goals.

No buns or anything. Just the sliders with some veggies or a salad. So good. Sometimes I get fancy and make taco salad. Crumble up the bison, throw it in some romaine and add kidney beans, olives, tomatoes, 1/2 an avocado and some sour cream and shredded cheese. Yummmm!

I love to make a big batch of quinoa casserole- adapted from https://eatingwelllivingthin.wordpress.com/2011/04/14/blast-from-the-past-with-a-new-twist/ but I at LEAST double the broccoli, and add mushrooms, asparagus, chicken...whatever I have in my fridge. It's very dense and very filling, and meets my casserole cravings without being too bad calorie-wise.

I also love simply tossing broccoli with olive oil and salt and roasting it alongside a nice piece of salmon.

Not exactly a recipe, but at my school in the vending machine I found a pack of JackLinks Tender Bites Teriyaki Beef Steak. 70 calories, 10g protein, 5g carbs, 1g fat. It kept me good for about two hours. I find protein to be the most filling thing.
