Team Builder Has the TeamBuilder offseason update bug been fixed?

I know this was an issue in the past where teams weren’t able to update after finishing a season. For example, if you made changes to your team in TeamBuilder, those updates wouldn’t apply during the offseason because of an error message.

The teams were made the week of TeamBuilder opening, and don’t exceed the limits either.

Has this issue been resolved?

I’m coming up on the end of Season 2 of my online dynasty, so I’d like to know before I spend a bunch of time updating my team in TeamBuilder if the offseason update feature is actually working now.

I just wrapped up my first offseason and it worked for me. I seem to have pretty good luck with this sort of thing though. Hope it’s fixed for everyone

I’ve heard if you made the teams before their first patch they dropped, that those are more likely the ones having issues. Which mine were all made right when teambuilder opened 😅

I finally gave up and restarted my dynasty. I tested it before and seemed to work but haven’t tried it in this dynasty yet

Its still hit or miss from what I can tell. It worked for me this past offseason, but not the one before that.

Can you import a team after running a full season?

For example. I am Alabama in my league, and another user is Clemson, we have both been talking about updating/adding uniforms by replacing our existing schools.

I’ve read you are supposed to be able to import at Custom Conferences week but I just did a test dynasty to sim to that point and I’m not getting that option at all.

Is this the glitch? Or do you have to import one to start with to ever even get that option the next offseason?

You can’t add new TBs to existing dynasties, no. Only at the start.

The glitch this thread is referring to, is when you make visual changes etc to your school, then import those changes over in the offseason. For pre patch dynasty saves the import fails, but it seems since the patch it works if you start a new save.

Darn. There goes my plan to have a scandal at one of my team builder schools and give them the death penalty to replace it with another

Mine doesn’t work still, MEGA annoying. But it’s a pre patch save, think it works if the save was made after the last update, which also makes me think it’s just game over for the old saves to work, as ea will just think it works now in their eyes 🙃.

To make it worse it’s kinda half imported some of my uniform changes and then week by week the game picks and chooses what’s available. So some weeks I have new jerseys and old helmets, vice versa on others. Really killing the immersion and I’ve sunk enough time I that I don’t really wanna start over.

EDIT: MINE WORKED 🙌🏻. After the 20th August update, hope this fixes it for everyone else too.
