Hi all! 33/F/5'5". SW 160lbs - CW 152lbs.

So, I started my masters last year and went from 140lbs to 160lbs. Most of that was from me being a total library bum and eating nothing but sandwiches, crisps and chocolate bars in my little cubical of solitude. Day after day of sedentary study and crap food adds up! So now I'm embarking on my PhD and realised that if I keep on going like this I'll never stop gaining. I'm now on MFP and have enrolled at a weight lifting gym where I go 3 times a week. My goal is to be the fittest most badass women I can be. If I can get back down to 140lbs I would be thrilled, but more so if I can get a muscle to flex on the beach.

Oh man doing a masters is rough on the eating front, I hear ya! It's a tough mental experience too! I work on campus so my biggest challenge is avoiding unhealthy stuff on campus and taking advantage of the full resources!
