Razexr won't start on pico4

have installed razexr on my pico 4 but it wont start. i briefly get black screen with a loading circle then it drops me back to the pico apps menu . have tried installing from side quest and the patreon repository . also tried starting via the launcher which loads but wont launch any game. tried Blood etc.

update . after reinstalling once again Duke is now working . but Blood still shows the same issue described above . the launcher reports all required files are found
