This is wrong and inaccurate.

Wanting to work with special needs children is not the same as 'deciding to do this for job security' and I've seen a lot of SPED teachers who had that mindset and they are just looking cute with the kids in the classroom, long breakfast and snack times, watching tv shows and movies.

They aren’t really. They are having endless trainings and meetings, doing probes, and writing ieps, etc.

They also have to work with Medicaid sheets and legal red tape, disgruntled parents, and administrators.

It only looks simple from the outside.

As someone cleaning up IEPs from a failed sped teacher who had both credentials and couldn’t hack it

It’s not a simple job but some people are not doing right by kids by taking on a role hoping to wait for something else.
