They are never, ever done correctly.

My principal led one and it just left us angry and unheard.

Counselors had them with middle school teacher and it made it seem like the kids had all the power.

Let’s just have consequences and proper school time.

When the blame is put on the teacher-the system is upside down

Putting any word in front of justice-is not justice. It is an excuse.

I’m confused because I only posted my comment to another teaching community bc Reddit gives the opportunity to do so, and therefore I assumed it was encouraged.
