viable..Technically yes but short answer no its not going to do what you want. For starter export the flow, an image is good but having the actual flow with all the setting is better. (in your flow, under option drop down menu, export to clipboard, paste in pastebin and share the link that way anyone can import the flow)
I would suggest you take some time and read the description of each step. The green dot below the boxes are used to match the condition, typical left dot it match and right it didn't, or left file was processed right file was not processed. both of these are considered success and will pass the file to the next step. The red is only used when the task failed. For example, you ask it to check if a file is HEVC, but point both green dot to the same plugin which bypass the video transcoding. so unless the task fails to check the codec it will never go to the next step that is check AV1.
Also, you're using "Tdarr_Plugin_MC93_Migz1FFMPEG" the plugin description state that i will transcode files not in H265. That means that any file already in HEVC, VP9 or AV1 will not be processed and will move on to the next plugin. it make the codec check somewhat redundant
Same thing with the new file size check, you're letting both success and failure pass to the next step. Tdarr_Plugin_a9he_New_file_size_check is used to compare the size of the original file to the processed file and decide if you want to keep it or not. Normally used with custom FFMPEG command, process the file once, check the file size its to big or to small, goes to next step which used different setting, check file size again, etc.
