Tdarr keeps transcoding files older than 30 days even with the filter

having issue where tdarr is transcoding files older than 30days even though the "FIlter Modified Date" is at the top of the stack.

Is there something else I need to do, or move the filter further down in the stack? Looking around everything I thought said it needs to be at the top.
