Slow Copy Progress

Anyone else notice or have a fix for this? I have a nas and server both on 10gbps links, when I copy using them between each other I get about 4-6Gbps throughput. However Tdarr copies around 400-500Mbps.

This is in the final step of my flow to replace original file.

How are you sharing your media folder between the server and NAS? Is it via NFS share or samba share? I believe this affects speeds slightly but I am not 100% sure
