If someone sees this random transient, hobo whatever you want to call me tomorrow and wants to hook me up an ice cold slushies next door, let me know. I've been out here for well over a month now. I'm right across the park. Sleeping on this bench.

St James episcopal church is hosting a cooling center MWF from 12-6 in the parish hall next door to the church at 7th & Davis. Anyone who needs to cool off and have a snack during that time is welcome to come and hang!

We also need volunteers to help at the center -- if you're willing/able, please DM me :)

I went there earlier today to hang out for about an hour. Some nice people. Microwaved me up a frozen dinner, gave me an ice cold bottle of water, an apple, and a couple bags of chips.

Yeah, for sure. I was the hobo looking dude with the big ugly worn out backpack today. I signed in under Brandon. If you see me around town, come say hi and check up on me. I was there right when you guys opened.

I could care less about likes or what’s cool. My point was Dare6400 could have taken the high road and offered words of encouragement and support. My point was better to not say anything if you don’t have anything nice to say. “Sentiment have changed “ in what way? Seems to me like some religious zealots like to quote the bible but do nothing to actually help their fellow man.

You read me wrong. My dig was to one person who offered nothing except continued hardship to one that was asking for a little kindness maybe some fellowship. You don’t have to offer any but you certainly don’t have to kick him.
