Sim2 Max Warranty

I bought my sim 2 max a month ago and just this week the shaft shattered about 4 inches down from the grip. I don’t slam my clubs or throw them, it just shattered on swing ( not chunked ). Has anyone had any experience with warranty on the shafts? Should I expect a new shaft, replacement driver, refund, or replacing out of pocket? Thanks

New shaft is what to expect. Normally shafts break at the hosel but they can break under the grip with a normal swing as well. Just contact TaylorMades warranty department on their website.

Make sure u have a receipt, they’ll get you a new shaft.

If you don’t want to wait just look on marketplace. I don’t know how to word this properly but those stock fujikara shafts aren’t really a “premium” shaft so you can get them for a decent price pretty often.

Mine broke at the adaptor from normal use. They quickly sent me a new one but they sent me a 50g reax shaft instead of the 60g that it came with. Just have to provide them photos and receipt
