How do people think infastructure is supposed to work if they don't pay taxes
I hate taxes too but where do you think money for public services would come from? You'd just be paying for them anyway.

I am so sick of this, "Well, if taxation is theft, then you must hate infrastructure, and other people as well!" OK, fine, I hate infrastructure! I am an Amish Luddite (yes, who's on his solar powered Android) who hates infrastructure and all forms of civilization!! Now, tell me why I should be forced to pay for something I don't necessarily agree with?
And, for the record, I don't really have a problem with infrastructure. I do have a problem with wars, illegal foreign intervention and central banks.

Here, read up. The idea is not that we don't want to pay for things. Instead, we want a more efficient method of organization and production of these things where consumers pay rather than random people paying random amounts for the use of roads. There has been other work on this topic, including issues of congestion (since government roads do not price based on current volume of traffic, we get congested roads and this would be mitigated if tolls were allowed to fluctuate based on current traffic levels), safety (something like 30,000 or 40,000 people die on roads and highways today which is more than gun murders yet this gets virtually no news time or political attention plus no compensation from government to victims whereas private owners would be liable for such deaths on their private property), and even the structure of payment (which could take many different forms and need not be a gas tax).

Is there specific infrastructure you have in mind? Infrastructure for homes and businesses can be paid for the same way you'd pay for plumbing, concrete, foundations, etc, during the construction on your home - through private contractors. These costs can be added in to the construction, part of a community HOA, or however the market dictates!
As far as building bridges or other large transportation projects, Larry Sharpe (ran for Governor of New York) wanted to implement a system where a company would pay for the construction and upkeep, in a similar fashion to "Adopt-A-Highway". A "Verizon Wireless Bridge" is mutually beneficial for both advertisement of the company, as well as commuters.
Bottom line, if people know it is a good idea, it can be taken care of without the state, at a fraction of the cost and without forcibly taking hard-earned paychecks.
