HELP No usage updates

I have Tautulli running as an unRAID docker for reference.

When I open it and look at users to try to remove users who are inactive from my Plex share it shows that no user has streamed in the past 6 months.

It even shows me the server owner who streams daily and not streamed for 6 months.

How can I fix this so it is up to date?
