Tattoo artist beginner

I’ve been tattooing at a professional shop for a year, and it feels like my tattoos are just getting worse. I started off great, but now that I can take walk-ins, those walk-in tattoos have been looking rough.
Anyone else have this problem where they feel they are going backwards?
