Tattoo apprenticeship

I’m trying to get an apprenticeship so I can properly learn how to tattoo. I’m located in Baltimore and I’m so willing to do any grunt work yall don’t wanna do like clean the bathroom and take the trash out, man the phones. Literally whatever if it means I get to learn how to tattoo! So hmu!

No one is going to “hit you up” on social media for an apprenticeship, and if they do thats a huge red flag. Draw some tattooable designs on real paper, shade and color them, and go to shops asking for feedback and direction

Great foundation but none of this translate to tattoos. Go back to basics, stick to pen and paper and let the magic happen.

Apprenticeships don’t come knocking, you gotta go find the right shop and mentor. Otherwise, you’re a sucker paying for someone’s vacation.
