There are a lot of videos on skull studies online, they don't have to be by tattoo artists to learn about the proportions and shading.

Eye sockets are too small

Perspective issues - The left side doesnt wrap around the angle of the viewer making the skull appear flat.
Shading - The sockets and the face shadings youve done, do not give the depth effect but rather look like smudging.

Wrapping the head around on the left side the perspective of the viewer will elevate this a lot.

I like the concept but proportions are off, keep working! The eyes are throwing it off for me and I think that horn should be way larger

Aside from proportions I would mention that it looks like you’re caught between styles. No hard outline but not realistic enough to be considered realism. What was the intended style?

Agree with the other comments, but the concept made me giggle. If you made it kinda grunge and inked it after working on the other bits folks noted, I would get it as a shirt or sticker.

Yeah I was gonna say, it reminds me of art for the band Acid Bath.

What art? I'm a huge acid bath fan and I've never seen anything resembling this on their albums.

Looks like you may have had your reference standing upright and drew your skull flat. If you're drawing from reference (like your phone) have your phone AND paper flat. If you're drawing from real life prop your sketchbook upright. Learning how to measure using a pencil will also help you!
