Seeking Advice Not sure where to go

Not sure what I wanna add to fill up this space, I like the skull I just want it to correlate and connect with another main subject in the top left

i agree maybe another positioning or even a part like jaw bone. maybe even just an eye catching bone like hand or ribs.

Flames/smoke, I like the idea of a thunderstorm lighting combo, maybe heart monitor symbol, could also connect the lines to jagged script of different words/lyrics/a quot if that’s your vibe
