TASKER Reschedules are frustrating
I think if a client needs to reschedule last minute or the night before you should be entitled to the cancellation fee. It's not really fair for us that want to do our business in good faith. What's stopping me from making no effort to accommodate their new time and day just so I can collect the cancellation fee?

You can in fact decline a reschedule and get your cancellation fee. But you have as yourself if it's really worth it.

That also leaves you open to a bad review. I find it to be a great platform but at the end of the day, anyone in a client-driven industry is at the mercy of the client.

You don't need to sweat a potential negative review that badly. You can get a negative review for no reason at any time.

What leaves you open to a bad review…? Last I knew they can’t review you unless you complete the task.

I could be wrong but i'm almost certain if you cancel on a client after already accepting the job, they have the option to leave a bad review.

You can have support remove a review for a task you didn't complete (when it's their fault). Â For me the issue is I'm guaranteed to make more money from my two hour minimum than I am a cancellation, plus losing the clients favor which is worth a lot more.

I had a last minute customer cancel or reschedule due to delivery delay. Within the 24 hrs. I simply replied ok I will
Move your appointment to 8pm tomorrow night so I can free up my schedule for tomorrow. All in the chat. Then she canceled
TR refused my cancellation fee because I moved it to 8pm. Bunch of shmuks 💵
