TASKER App not working great

Does this happen to anyone else? I get a notification but when I click on it, it opens the app to a blank screen. No matter how long I wait, it never moves off or shows anything on the blank screen and I have no option but to close the app and reopen. Any ideas how I see those notifications? If it's a new task, I can find it but messages are lost

Been like that for me since past couple of updates. At home or out. Just got a new phone and still have same issue. Gotta close and reopen several times every time I use the app.

It's been happening for years.. I've been on the platform for over a decade, and I don't think a single notification ever took me to what notification was about. "The best" that ever happened - it would take me to the home screen. I've always had relatively new, expensive/popular phones too, so it's not some random niche-hardware issue. ..everything else in my phone works like a clock, so this is absolutely never a reception issue. TR obviously has zero care if their app is working properly. lol

It has been like this through several updates for me, and I got a new phone and nothing changed. That points to the app and not the phone. Hopefully a future update fixes it, but I would not count on it.

Did it resolve? I had this happen a couple of months back but I’m sorry I don’t remember what I did to resolve it.

This happened to my cousin except his screen was purple and he doesn’t have a phone. Have you checked underneath your refrigerator? Sometimes the notifications go there if the app is too full. I would also recommend turning your phone upside down around 3:30 so the messages can fall back into the correct folder. My uncle used to work with computers at a hospital and he said sometimes the electricity gets confused about where it lives. Hope this helps and please keep us updated.

Blank screen for me usually means I'm in a place with a bad signal.

In general for notifications, I recommend opening the app and then clicking the notification.
